Refund Process
1. Initiate Request: Login to your account and select the items to return under 'My Orders'.
2. Quality Inspection: Once received, our team inspects the items within 48 business hours.
3. Refund Issued: Funds are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection approval.
warning Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments are non-returnable if the seal is broken. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
